Our hearts are heavy after a challenging weather weekend for the Memorial Day Fair. Closing early on Saturday and being closed all day on Sunday has a significant impact on fair proceeds — our largest fundraiser of the year supporting the Hurlbutt Elementary and Weston Intermediate School PTOs.
The Fair Rainy Day Fund was created to help offset these unexpected losses and continue supporting the programs, experiences, enrichment opportunities, and community initiatives that benefit our students and schools throughout the year.
If you were planning to attend the fair and purchase tickets or bracelets, we kindly ask you to consider making an in-kind donation instead. Every contribution, no matter the size, truly makes a difference and helps us continue bringing meaningful opportunities to our school communities.
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible.

Donations to the Fair Rainy Day Fund will be shared equally between the Weston Intermediate School PTO (EIN #30-0310076) and the Hurlbutt Elementary School PTO (EIN #06-1528465), both of which are 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.
