Before You Submit
Please review these guidelines before completing the request form.
- Complete all required fields.
- Provide a clear description of your request and how it will benefit WIS students.
- Include estimated costs whenever possible.
- Attach supporting quotes, estimates, or documentation if available.
- The PTO Philanthropy Committee will review each request and may contact you with additional questions.
- Larger requests may require BOE approval.
- Funding decisions are based on available budget, alignment with PTO priorities, and overall impact on students.
