We encourage families to pre-order photos through Coffee Pond. Ordering ahead is risk-free: if you’re unhappy with your photos for any reason, you can choose a retake or receive a refund.
Even better, a portion of every order placed on or before Picture Day is returned to WIS to support our school’s fundraising efforts!
Pre-ordering is easy:
- Visit Coffee Pond School Portraits and click “Order School Portraits and shop our exclusive products.”
- Select Weston, CT → Weston Intermediate School.
- Enter your child’s information using their full first name as it appears in the school registry.
- Choose your package and check out!

Should I order before my child's picture is taken?
Yes! Portrait orders are meant to be placed before pictures are taken. A portion of the proceeds of every order placed on or before Picture Day is returned to WIS to support the PTO. Be sure to get your order in during this window to have your purchase count toward this contribution!
How do I order pictures?
It's simple! Prior to Picture Day, fill out that form your child brings home and return it to the school with payment before Picture Day, or order online at www.coffeepond.com. For the lowest prices, order before Picture Day! A handling fee will apply to orders placed after Picture Day.
What if I don't like my pictures?
If you're unhappy for any reason, you may elect to have a retake or to receive a refund. We want everyone to be happy with the pictures they receive, so we offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.
